Welcome to Southern Peninsula Community Care Inc.
Southern Peninsula Community Care Inc. is an organisation committed to providing
a wide range of unique, high quality, flexible services to assist and support
older people, people with disabilities and their carers in their desire to
remain living independently in the community and within their own homes.
Since its inception in 1982 as a Volunteer Medical Transport Service for
residents from the southern regions of the Mornington Peninsula, Southern
Peninsula Community Care Inc. has expanded to provide a range of community based
services for older people and people with disabilities across the Mornington
Peninsula Shire.

community as a core service,

Inc. services are provided across the Mornington Peninsula Shire and
are supported by a range of activities including funding from the Australian
Government Department of
Health & Ageing, the Victorian Government Department of Health and the
Commonwealth Respite & Carelink Centre - eligibility for access to government funded services
apply.
